Never received my order or a refund!

It’s been 6 weeks since I placed (and paid for) my order. My emails are being ignored, I received a shipping number for products that UPS never received, 2 emails asking for product reviews of product that I never received, and I’m still out $109. Please either send the product I paid for, or provide a refund!
Very disappointing considering how awesome the products are.
